Monica Verma and/or Monica Talks Cyber is referred to as “the host”.
The guest(s), who has/have participated in the podcast as the speaker, is/are referred to as the “guest(s)”, “speaker(s)” or “guest speaker(s)".
Grant of Rights: With participation on the podcast episode(s), the guest(s) grant(s) the host the following rights: license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, transmit, transcribe or disseminate the podcast episode(s), in all formats, media or platforms whether now known or hereafter invented. The host reserves the rights to edit, delete and publish the content recorded with the guest(s) on the podcast show.
Following content is not allowed and shall not be published or supported by the host/the podcast show: a) Any explicit, racial, discriminatory or hateful speech. b) Any sales pitch or explicit marketing of a particular tool / vendor, for the sole purposes of marketing.
The opinions are the personal opinions of the guest speaker(s). The facts and opinions appearing in the podcast show do not bear any resemblance to or reflect the views of the host and the host does not assume any responsibility or liability for the same.
